Please submit your request for an appointment and a staff member will contact you as soon as possible to ensure the time is available. In order to secure your requested time, we will need a credit card on file. Our system is completely secured and the credit card information is encrypted.
You will not be charged for the appointment unless we don’t receive a cancellation within 24 hours prior to the appoinment or you decide not to attend the appointed time without notifying us. Please read our cancellation policy on our website. We do take into consideration special circumstances and live events.
Please visit our client portal to make your request for an appointment at any time. Patient Care Coordinators will work hard to meet your request and will get back to youand verify appointment times. There are some cases we will have additional openings due to client cancellations, and this provides openings for other clients. We do have a call list when openings come up.
